Help with tracking, returns, and order changes

Use your Jewel Lay order number from the confirmation page or Stripe receipt so support can find your order quickly.

Tracking

USPS tracking is sent after the shipping label is created and the package is ready for shipment.

Address changes

Email as soon as possible. Once the USPS label is created, added address-change costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 21 days for unused, unfilled items in original packaging. Email support before sending a return.

Include the details that make the order easy to find

For tracking, address changes, invoice questions, or returns, include the Jewel Lay order number, the order email, and a short explanation of what you need.

If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos when you send the email.
